Below is help for customers that had a purchase go through, but did not receive their product. This can occur if a customer types in their email incorrectly, or if an error occurs in the Lemon Squeezy platform.
I will help solve the issue for you! Please follow the steps below.
- Check your junk mail for the receipt and order
- Login to the Lemon Squeezy dashboard which should have your order available. If you did not set up an account/password, use the Reset Password button on this page, which will provide you with your login details.
- Check your transaction history of your payment method (bank transactions, paypal etc) and see that the purchase went through and shows up.
Let me know the date of the purchase and if the transaction says “pending” or has any other details that look different from your other purchases. Use the form below and I will sort it out for you!
Why did this happen?
- Unfortunately, Lemon Squeezy platform allows for typos (ie “gmail.cob”), which is the main culprit.
- Sometimes the Lemon Squeezy platform itself does not correctly send an email out.
- The other possibility is that the purchase did not actually go through. Occasionally Lemon Squeezy has an issue on their end.
